10.0スタッフの中にはスペイン語しか話せない人も多かったが、翻訳アプリを使えば問題なくコミュニケーションできたし、スタッフは皆親切だった。ADOバスターミナルに近くて、移動には便利だった。近所に良いレストランなども多く、また徒歩5分くらいのところには大きなスーパーマーケットがあるので、生活の利便性は高かった。Palenque遺跡に行くためのコレクティーボはADOバスターミナルの前で乗ることができる。
