8.0Staff all friendly and helpful. Room very clean, and cleaned to high standard. No knowledge of Hotels.com , no acknowledgment of platignum customers Rooms are very small, with little storage. Good location with lovely views of the river

8.0Personne a l’accueil ! Nous avons attendu 20 minutes pour avoir la carte de la chambre. Pas d’explication pour profiter de la piscine à part dire qu’il faut réserver . La douche fuyait . Et au départ pas mieux …À revoir Un vrai bon point concernant le restaurant… rien à redire : service impeccable et repas délicieux .
