Decent place to stay. Outdated, but good price. Rooms are small, location is good!

− The room was very small and tight for four people. Building felt outdated.
Disappointing to say the least. AC did not work. Pretty low quality
3.0The staff tried to be accommodating
− The AC did not work. We moved rooms and it was slightly better for a short time. They could not fix the AC in the hotel. It was awful. The thermostats were ancient as were the carpets. Obviously...the place needs an investment. I would not stay there again nor recommend it

8.0Good location, comfortable bed. There is a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a hairdryer, and bathrobes.
− The air conditioner was noisy, especially at night; the showerhead was slightly clogged; and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. There is no iron.

9.0I really enjoyed the location close to the park and within walking distance to downtown Portland and Pearl district.
− There was nothing to dislike the staff were all friendly and the property was well maintained inside and out
