− Smells moldy ac wasn't on room was 90 degrees when arrived
Horrible. Could be an actual death trap. I will never go back.
1.0− Extremely unsafe. Disabled, missing, covered or unservicable fire safety throughout. Exposed wires, screws sticking through doors. There were large black bugs in my first rooms bed.
