Jardim lindo, conforto da cama

− A funcionária que estava na entrada do lugar para hóspedes Membros do Marriott Bonvoy completamente despreparada. Somos membros e ela disse que não poderíamos passar para comer algo pq não estávamos na categoria exigida. Mas o rapaz da recepção nos permitiu entrar. Havíamos acabado de passar 12 dias no Ritz-Carlton Orlando e ela não queria deixar a gente tomar um suco na área para Membros, foi ridículo. Mas passamos sim.

Hotel ótimo de instalações e péssimo de serviço

− Atendimento péssimo. POr duas noites seguidas não conseguimos serviço de quarto, ligávamos ninguém atendia. Quando atendiam diziam que estava com muita demanda. Nunca imaginei que em um hotel desse nível passaria por isso. Por duas noites seguidas tivemos de ir atras de comida para nossos filhos tarde da noite, pois não conseguíamos no hotel. Não retornarei. Falando com outros hospedes tinham a mesma reclamação. No check out comentei com o atendente sobre isso e claramente nem se importaram.

The worst. Sloppy stay definitely not a 'luxury' experience

Disappointing stay, not what you'd expect from JW Marriott We stayed for two nights at the JW Marriott Turnberry in and unfortunately encountered a string of problems that made this feel far from a luxury experience. Room layout: The space between the bed and the wardrobe was so narrow (less than half a foot) that the wardrobe was essentially inaccessible for the entire stay. Early morning noise: On Saturday morning, a garbage truck pulled up outside our third-floor window on the golf course side for a pickup at 7:30am and idled with its engine running for almost 30 minutes, waking the whole family. Room service failure: After attending a World Cup quarterfinal match, we came back to the hotel hungry with two young kids and ordered room service before 10pm — not a late-night order by any stretch. We received no warning of delays. The food took two hours to arrive, despite multiple calls from us and repeated false delivery estimates from staff. By the time it showed up, our kids were long asleep, and we had to refuse it. There is no excuse for this kind of delay at a property positioning itself as luxury. Housekeeping mix-up: On the morning of the game, we asked the front desk if our room could be cleaned within the hour so it would be ready when we returned to get dressed. We were told it wouldn't be a problem. Three hours later, we came back to find housekeeping had only just started. We had to turn them away and get ready in an unmade room — frustrating given what we were paying. Billing issues: At checkout, our folio showed a duplicate charge, obvious from the identical check number, which we had to point out ourselves before it was removed. Despite raising all of the issues above at checkout, the hotel offered no compensation. Two days later, I found the duplicate charge had been re-added to my credit card. I spent 42 minutes!!!!!!!!! on the phone with billing trying to get them to remove a charge that was clearly duplicated, down to the identical check number. They never took me off mute or explained what was happening and instead sent me an email that they would take the double charge off. Why not tell me!!?? Pretty shady behavior. The only compensation offered throughout this entire experience was 10,000 Marriott points which is worth about $80 and only for the room service issue. Summary: For the price point, encountering this many issues in a two-night stay is genuinely disappointing. Between the room service failure, housekeeping miscommunication, noise disruption, and billing errors (including one that recurred after being "fixed"), I can't recommend this property. Avoid.
