Grand with excellent staff but run down
6.0Beautiful grand old hotel but a bit run down. My suite was above the restaurant, and loud music blared until late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. Wonderful restaurant and helpful staff.

8.0The historical significance which is being maintained. Our bathroom does need upgrading to the high standard expected from the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful with advice.
