8.0Location was good - very quiet in an historic building full of atmosphere.
− Overall perhaps it is time for some minor upgrading of decor - touch of paint in paces and the like. It is an old building so will have what we might call 'quirky corners' but there were parts in our bedroom that perhaps now need an upgrade.

The perfect stay, comfy beds, lovely breakfast, and a delightful location.
10.0A beautiful house in a lovely quiet village, train station nearby, and a character old pub within walking distance with excellent fish dishes. Kate the owner of Manor Farm Oast is the perfect host, willing to go above and beyond to make your stay delightful. A real find for the perfect stay.

A comfortable and relaxed stay
9.0Breakfast was excellent, choice made the night before. Location was perfect for meeting up with friends the day after in Rye Harbour, only a 12 minute drive away, and I was able to walk to the local Pub for an evening meal in a few minutes. The village itself had really nice walks in every direction. I liked the selection of drinks and snacks available in the room.
