− Entry details were not given to us until we got to the accommodation and had to call the office. Not helpful when we didn't have a phone and we're relying on wifi.

6.0Comfortable beds and clean Very close to the station and also from Guildford town centre Quiet Members of staff were accommodating and agreed to let us drop our luggage at the flat a few hours before check-in Rather well equipped flat
− Even though the location is handy, the neighbourhood is not nice. It's a little rough and unpleasant. Strange smell in the corridor leading to the rooms inside the flat The rooms were stuffy despite the fact it was only 22 degrees outside no AC I'm afraid Very little cooking equipment and no frying pan
