10.0Lo encontré muy cómodo muy limpio, muy cerca de la estación y la anfitriona con sus explicaciones, recomendaciones y una serie de descuentos para si quería en la restauración y nos explicó los trenes que debíamos coger para ir a Cinque Terra y como visitarlo ya que era nuestro viaje ideal. Al llegar nos dió café de bienvenida muy toda la cocina. Estaba muy bien equipada.

10.0Localização excelente, principalmente se estiver viajando sozinha, perto da estação e perto das principais ruas de La Spezia. Fácil de pegar ônibus ou barco para conhecer Porto Venere que é imperdível. Voltaria a ficar nesta acomodação.
