3.0Paid for our stay but left immediately. Floors were really dirty, pool was closed, area was barren with nothing accessible within walking distance. After check-in there was no staff in the facility. The whole experience was very disappointing. The facility had the potential to be fantastic but the usual Italian hospitality and attention to detail was missing.
