9.0Buona posizione vicino alla Stazione di Richmond. Appartamento confortevole e spazioso, dotato di ogni confort. Struttura silenziosa e ben frequentata.
− Le finestre sono difficilmente apribili e complessivamente scomode. I bagni non hanno una particolare ventilazione. All'interno fa molto caldo in quanto alcuni caloriferi non sono disattivabili.

9.0The Location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable. It had everything i needed. The Rooms pace staff were extra helpful, as I had a few hiccups on my journey. The cleaning staff were lovely
− I felt there were too many emails. I had to send ID & documents & the messages from Roomspace were a no reply address, very confusing. I didn't like the blinds in the rooms as they weren't fully sized & had gaps at the sides
