1.0The location.
− The room had roaches, and a leaking toilet. My key card kept being deactivated and I had to keep going to the office for them to fix the card. And at 10:00 a.m. a worker tried to come in the room. I guess there was a misunderstanding with the checkout time. Which is weird because I communicated clearly and paid extra. And the toilet paper holder was broken, I let one of the workers know, And he said oh, I thought you wouldn't notice. Like wtf!
