Apartament zlokalizowany jest w centrum miasteczka, a mimo to nie ma problemów z parkingiem. Łazienka wyposażona jest we wszystko co potrzebne - ręczniki, papier toaletowy oraz mydło/szampon.
− Pokoje znajdują się przy wspólnej części, w której jest telewizor i podawane są też śniadania, a to powoduje hałas w szczególności wieczorem i z rana.
