Canceled before arrival
1.0− I didn't like that they canceled my reservation before my check in time. The lady that called me wanted me to give her my credit card # over the phone. I declined and said could i go to the website and provide it. Her response was "I guess". I told her I would and that I would still arrive at my approved time which was 5-6 pm local time. I was driving in with my grandkids from Arizona. At the time we were about 2 hours away. I hit town and get an email saying my reservation was canceled! I of course was upset and had to find another room quickly. Which fortunately I did. I am a Hilton member and have never been treated this way at any other locations. Very disappointing.
They notified me only at the last minute that the lift wasn’t working, making it extremely difficult to change my hotel

− There are cockroaches on the ground floor, and it is unacceptable.
It was a bad deal I could have got much more option
5.0Nothing was clean it all looks way too old. They have not gone for renovation for this price point. We could have got something better.
− The rooms were on clean. The beds were not nice. The court was very old coffee machines have never been cleaned.
