Horrible Hotel
1.0The worse experience, for 2.days requesting pillows for my bed and they never brought me a pillow, and the lobby close at 9pm and no way to communicate with no.body, they have a kiosk but it won't help at all, no way to communicate with the lobby personal also I request 48 hours in advance that I need two days instead of the 4 days and they refused to refund the last 2 days, I spoke with booking.com and they stated that it was the hotel decision to refund the cancellation

7.0The blankets were stained Faust not fixed splashing no screen on my window the management weren't nice at all. Wouldn't put a screen on my window.
