− It’s always been our go to hotel when traveling unfortunately there was very rude staff considering that my reservations were cancelled and I had to rebook and settle for what was available .
The staff are excellent but I probably won't stay at this location again.
5.0I would rate every staff member I interacted with at a 10. So nice and well trained. They were the best part of my stay.
− The "King Suite" at $233.00? It shouldn't be called a suite. It was really small and unimpressive with no distinct separation of the living and sleeping areas. And on the hottest day of 2026 the pool was closed without any notification prior to check-in.

Room was great, pool nice, breakfast just ok microwaved warmed up food, staff terrible.

− Front desk staff. RUDE!!!!! Not helpful at all, made me feel like checking in was inconvenient for them. Horrible, so UNWELCOMING.
Well run hotel with friendly helpful employees & quiet clean comfortable rooms, common areas, & pool.
10.0Room, halls, elevator, common areas were very clean & odorless. All staff were friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Great shower. Couldn’t hear any noise when in our room. Pool pleasant.
