This is not a fancy hotel but it appears to be well-kept and the price was certainly reasonable.
9.0The room was large, clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that I had trouble turning on the tub/shower faucet.
− There seemed to be a lot of people hanging around outside the building in the evening. I assume it was people who stayed there and were just looking for a place to congregate, but it felt a little weird.

6.0− Parking was insufficient and also very crowded. Couldn't just pull out....had to make to many moves

Absolutely disgusting!!
1.0− There were so many homeless people hanging around the outside of the hotel. There was burn holes in our blankets. The hotel smelt like mold. The rooms were so filthy. We had to purchase our own blankets and pillows.
