− Installing an elevator would be nice. Maybe a little hot sauce or salsa to give breakfast a little more flavor. Tiny bit of mold growing on the caulking on the tub

9.0Great prices. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean including our room. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Lots of parking even for big semis and moving truck. Free breakfast. Beautiful lobby with holiday decor! Multiple restaurants nearby.
− Our room had a musty smell if we didn’t keep the air conditioning on all the time. At breakfast, the waffle maker did not bake the waffles completely - needs to be replaced. There was no water available at breakfast the second day.

5.0Convenient to the highway and the caverns. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
− I think it’s been recently renovated with a fresh coat of paint and decor but the bathroom needed an upgrade and could have been cleaner. There was mold on the sealant on the tub and hair left on the shampoo bottle from the previous guest. The carpet was dirty and there was a smell that seemed musty and almost like ammonia (cat urine like) in the room. Some additional TLC could help this hotel out. Breakfast was ok - powdered eggs sausage, waffles and pastries. But the kitchen was immaculate and staff very attentive to the space.
