We booked this especially and paid more as we had a medical appointment but the hotel was not good

− NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM SINK. When I told them at checkout the lady was like oh no you just ha e to push down, it works, it's just fine. No, it was not fine and her flippant attitude made it worse. Very stupid that no body else knew? She should have taken $ off my bill right there.

3.0The swimming pool is full of green mold and I found empty cigarette packs under the bed so I know the rooms were not cleaned. I left the I left the cigarette packs under there on the first day to see if they would clean the room the second day… And the cigarettes were still there until we checked out two days later
