部屋の手配ミスと対応の遅さにより、非常に不満の残る滞在となりました。
1.0空港より近い
− 私たちは3部屋を予約しましたが、実際に案内されたのはベッド2台とソファベッド2台がある1室のみでした。このような部屋割りは、性別の都合上適切ではありませんでした。 スタッフに相談したところ、もう1部屋を用意すると言われ、「鍵を取りに行くので5分ほど部屋で待ってください」と案内されました。しかし、その後1時間以上待っても戻って来られず、何の連絡もありませんでした。 当日は深夜0時を過ぎての到着で、翌朝は早朝便の予定がありました。また、Bookingを通じてホストにも連絡を試みましたが、返答はありませんでした。そのため、やむを得ずソファベッドで休むことになりました。 その後、午前2時半〜3時頃になってようやくスタッフが来て「もう1部屋が利用可能」と言われましたが、その時間から移動するのは非常に不便であったため、お断りしました。 結果として、実際に利用したのは1部屋のみです。未使用となった残り2部屋分の宿泊料金については、返金を求めます。今回の対応は、連絡の不備および対応の遅さにより、大変不満の残るものでした。
