10.0My husband and I stayed with Phoebe at the B & B at Mallard Bay while attending a family reunion in Hampstead. It was a short visit, and only after we arrived did we wish it could have been longer. Phoebe is an excellent host, and her accommodations are clean and comfortable. She has assembled numerous suggestions and directions for day trips around the area, and enjoys visiting with guests about Wilmington, Topsail Beach and Hampstead. The location of her property is lovely, and perfect for sitting out in the morning and end of day, watching sun rises and sunsets as you look out over the inter coastal waterway. We can't wait to go back, and stay longer next time! Katie & John Ross

10.0Phoebe was very helpful when we had to change our plans due to Hurricane Dorian. Excellent breakfasts including the blueberry pancakes and we were made to feel at home. Good local information provided.

10.0We had a wonderful time. Owner is delightful and full of information. Property is directly on the inter coastal water way and great for kayaking. Close to beach and downtown Wilmington.
