Great location, good secure parking, excellent communication with staff, spacious, well stocked kitchen.

− Portable air con in one of the rooms, other room was a little bit hot with the fan.

Didn't get the apartment I wanted, fobbed off with a noisy apartment in the centre.

Although the apartment was fully equipped, clean and the cleaning staff were super friendly, the whole experience did not meet my expectations and was not what I paid for. I had booked an apartment slightly outside the centre with a balcony and sea view, but was given an attic room in the middle of the centre next to two noisy clubs.

− I had initially booked an apartment with a view of the lake and a separate bedroom on Avenue du Casino 10, a little away from the festival scene, which was perfect for relaxing after the concerts I was going to attend. It was a luxurious apartment costing more than EUR 3,000 in total. After booking, I contacted them several times to ask about parking, but unfortunately I only received a reply two days before my arrival. At that point, I was told that the original apartment was no longer available and that I might be moved to another accommodation. In the end, I was given an apartment on Rue de Cygne. This apartment was at the top of the building, had no view of the lake, no balcony, a noisy air conditioner and no curtains, which meant that my room was visible to the neighbours. The worst part was that the apartment was right next to two clubs, where loud music and thumping bass continued until 6 a.m., followed by street noise until 8 a.m. I did not have a moment of peace during my stay. Finally, there were no additional facilities such as a gym or swimming pool as previously mentioned in the advertisement.
