8.0Our room is accessible to the parking. Had enough parking spaces. Staff were nice. I liked the balcony view of the river.
− The bed were too high, not enough chairs. The air vent in the bathroom was not working.
Nice hotel on a scenic piece of property.
6.0Pool & room nice. Wanted a riverfront room but was not assigned one. Told the property was full; did not appear to be full. Staff friendly & helpful with dinner suggestions.
− Assigned us a riverfront room. Several rooms were still being cleaned after 3 pm. I think we could have waited for a riverfront room.
Wouldn’t stay here again after check in experience.
7.0Daughter liked the pool.
− Came in after check in time and had to wait an hour for room to be ready. Staff was not very apologetic about the matter, gave me a 10$ discount but didn’t feel adequate for the inconvenience.
Good for quick 1nt stop on roadtrip

− The air conditioner was way too noisy. Also the refrigerator was too noisy. We turned them both off.
