We travel lots around the world and this “airbnb” type rental was a great dissapointment no
4.0it has beautiful views from huge windows in each room
− came in summer and no air conditioning in closed rooms with no way to open windows. it was 80F inside. They have a fan but it’s not enough. Sun shines in window 24hours in summer. No elevator and you have to move luggage up and down. All pillows like rocks. we stayed 4 nights and do NOT recommend the place.
Amazing!
10.0I like the self check in and the idea of having an amazing shared dining space. It gave a nice at-home vibe. Another plus is you can just sled down the hill on the property and the guests share the sleds at the property. This place is on a hill so it is perfect to see the northern lights. There’s kinda of a stock cabinet outside the rooms with extra sheets and towels which is nice and accounts for not having maintenance on site at all times.
− I can’t think of anything. Had a great experience!

10.0Location meant we were able able to see the auroras from the comfort of our bedroom.
− It was really pricey for what we got.
Insist not to stay in Room #4
7.0It is quiet secluded place to look for Aurora. During our stay, Aurora was weak and fainting.
− We were assigned room #4. The field of view was at best 120° from far left window. If I looked straight, I was able to see only 90°. We paid the kind of daily rate should have 180° view to see Aurora. The management should state on their website that this is the case or the room rate should be less. Also on condition to stay, we must leave the property and not loiter in the premise on the day of check out no later than 11:00 AM , or PENALTY WOULD BE ASSESSED. Sounded like an ultimatum for hotel policy in hospitality business. Breakfast area looks like a dorm environment.
