Everything is spotless clean and of class. The breakfast is good but not my style. Waffles, hamburger and sponchy eggs. But if this is your thing, ok. Scrambled eggs or sausages are fine. But hamburger in the morning is too much for me 🤭. Besides that no complaints everything is in great shape and superb restaurant besides the hotel. I recommend it!

Fantastic 20th anniversary getaway stay.

We visit the property for 20th anniversary with our eight-year-old daughter. The last time we were there it was the Holiday Inn 10 years ago before the hurricane hit we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful renovation by Fairfield, and the comfortable accommodations. When we pulled up to the hotel everything was wonderful! The outside pool tiki bar area was fantastic with the hammocks and relaxing spaces. We also checked out the second pool, which was a lot smaller, but great for our small family. I have to say we enjoyed the larger pool more bc of the restaurant. We ate at Sparky’s and loved the Keylime pie. Their lunch specials are also great during the week. My daughter loved being able to see the manatees and tarpon beating off the dock by the market in the marketplace was beautiful. The manager in the market was absolutely delightful and told us a lot about the area and what we could do while we were sitting there. She made our experience extra special.

− I thought when I booked our reservation, we were getting a pool view with a balcony as the picture showed in the booking. When we arrived, we checked into a room with a small window and a partially broken pull-up window shade. When I spoke to the front desk, they said that I needed to book a deluxe suite to get the balcony which I don’t believe was mentioned in the booking. When I was checking in, I asked the front desk representative to change the card on file for all the charges for our stay to be placed on. I was told it was all taken care of no problem until the next day when we were locked out of our room because they had the wrong card on file which caused us to come to the front desk and have to explain why the card didn’t work. It was an uncomfortable situation for myself and the front desk person when they realized it was the hotel’s error. Also little did we know my parents, Aunt, and Uncle had planned a special surprise for us to be placed in our room upon check-in for our 20th anniversary. When we went to our room, the surprise wasn’t there which caused my mom to tell us about it before we received it because she wanted to make sure it wasn’t lost. I will say the front desk did a great job handling the situation with the surprise and delivered it to our room the next day while we were at the pool(after we had to go down and figure out the payment issue). I understand how things can happen in hotel environment with not getting the best check-in checkouts. I would just say it’s more of a management training issue. Overall it was a fantastic stay with a lot of great memories created. We look forward to returning in the future for our third time.

La piscine et l’emplacement.

− L’espace petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout adapté au nombre de personnes dans l’hôtel. Ce n’est absolument pas reposant, on se retrouve au réveil dans un bruit pas possible, à faire la queue 20 min pour faire griller son pain ou se faire des gaufres. Le nombre de place est restreint. Il faudrait envisager deux espaces comme il y a deux bâtiments. Ça a été un point noir pour nous.
