8.0Kind of nostalgic. Haven’t been there in 30 years. Rooms were remodeled.
− Steak house was closed on both Sunday and Monday. My 2 nights. I find that rediculous. The pool is very small For a hotel of that size

10.0Rooms were great and both pools excellent. Restaurants had delicious food and drinks along with 1776 Bar. Would definitely go ahain.
Spa Treatment
6.0Spa treatment, therapeutic massage aka deep tissue, very underwhelming. Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff. We took advantage or the whirlpool, steam room, and sauna which was nice. Facilities could use a little updating and maybe a little more privacy for changing other than that plenty of towels! When masseuse came we walked to room and I was asked what 3 areas I would like worked on. Apparently those are the only areas that receive the "deep massage" as it was a full body massage. So that means all other areas get lotion rubbed on like you are getting ready to hit the beach, no pressure at all. Once you leave and check out an automatic 20% is added to your tab. You can increase or decrease the amount. I considered lowering just on principle but didn't. Overall what I received was not worth the price I paid with a 20% tip. As stated before very UNDER-welming...
