8.0Very nice room. Very nice staff. There was an issue with parking since we did not expect to pay so much for each day to park. We were told we would only have to pay 9.00 for Saturday(we did) and then on Sunday the bill was 36 dollars! That was the only issue we had.
Will be looking at other options nearby
4.0Parking is across the street and pricey. Hotel needs to correct the smell in the lobby. The buffet breakfast (during this stay) was overpriced considering the selection and the service (or lack thereof) you get. If not for the helpful lady receptionist at check out, we would’ve given this a 1 star rating.
Stayed for Bruno Mars concert, hotel even made a special drink.

10.0The hotel perfectly met our needs. As frequent travelers to Minneapolis we needed a reasonably priced hotel, not far from family and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is super well run with extremely accommodating staff. Rooms are large and very clean. Love the robes! Gym is well equipped. This is our third hotel in we have booked in the past ten months. We will look no further. Kwame and Cameron are THE BEST.
Old Fitness Center is Gone
4.0They got rid of the big fitness facility and the new one is so barebones. I didn't find any announcements of this. I booked this place so I could also get a good workout in and I was extremely disappointed. They said they were renovating it into a new ballroom so we should not expect a good fitness center anymore.
