A welcome spot after a long trip driving.
10.0If you want to stay someplace, where you are treating like family, this hotel will exceed your expectation. Great staff and nice rooms.
Disappointing
4.0The hotel is falling apart. We stayed there because it was connected to the convention center but next time we will be choosing from another hotel property that’s just as close.
Warm & Accommodating Staff
10.0Had a one-night stay with two teens for a dance convention. The facility was very nice and desk staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating. They were happy to meet all our requests including a rollaway bed, since no doubles were left at our group rate, and holding our luggage for a few hours after checkout. I recommend springing for the valet parking (onsite but operates independently) which works out to only about $15 more per day than self-parking at nearby lots and is much more convenient.

2.0Previous negative reviews are spot on. Pretty much everything others have complained about has happened to us. The valet parking process is awful. We ended up parking across the street as suggested by other reviewers. The front desk double charged us for the entire stay and I am still fighting to get the issue resolved. The bathroom sink was clogged and there is no working AC control (It's turned off for the winter). We prefer a cooler room at night and it has been stifling hot. The high temps are so bad that we could barely sleep, tossing and turning all night. Lastly, it is incredibly noisy. You can hear every toilet flush, door slam and kids runing up and down the hall. Just awful.
Slightly Tired but Freindly Hyatt in Downtown Buffalo
10.0The hotel is a little bit tired but overall in reasonable condition. It's right in the center of downtown and the room price is very reasonable. The staff was excellent and I would certainly go back without question.
Buffalo Weekend
10.0Hotel was clean, location was great, and the staff was amazing!! Valet was a little backed up at times. I reco using the garage across the street.
