10.0I stayed in one of the King deluxe rooms and it was amazing. Very clean, great view, no smell, and excellent room service. The staff are also all professional and helpful, so my requests never felt burdensome. I will definitely be returning!

10.0Cleanliness of the room and also cozy lighting. The toilet properly cleaned and good amenities. Overall, the hotel is organized and assistance from staff from reception to concierge and restaurants are excellent.
