DONT STAY HERE!
2.0Gross place!! I walked in and the front desk guy looked sick of his job. The room we stayed in was disguising. The air in there place was gross, as soon as i walked into my room the smell of mildew filled the air. There was food spilled on the carpet, the bathroom was uncleaned with hard water stains all over, the beds felt wet for some reason and uncleaned. Although this place is cheap its disgusting and NOBODY should stay here!
No more Wyndham ... switching corporate business to Hilton

Terrible Customer Service
2.0I missed an early morning appointment due to the fact they had no hot water, they did not attempt to repair it until the manager showed up at 9am. On site staff was kind, professional and courteous. I called the corporate line to ask why they did not attempt to repair it until the next day (it occurred the night prior) the customer service representative that answered the call (Jessica) was very rude, inconsiderate, and dictating what I needed to do… then put me on hold for 11 minutes, the front desk picked up the call and informed me that the manager would call me back, I ended up calling her back four hours later. Again, the on site people were great. Corporate representative Jessica’s rudeness has made me not want to ever use Wyndham or its affiliates again.
