Good way to visit need a chiropractor appointment after a stay
2.0This is an older hotel room walls are paper thin you can hear everything. The beds are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. If you want a good nights rest don’t pick this spot. The front desk morning and night were very unfriendly.

The team went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Pool is worth it just demand not room 215
1.0The pool and hot tub plenty of handicap parking and pet friendly for service animal we appreciate that.
− the ac said 60 however did not work felt hot all night in room 215 went to front desk 3 times and asked the gentleman worker said maybe it was my age I was furious 😠 im 32 not 55 I told the man and he shrugged like the joke he was i left w my family at 530am after that nonsense my kids were drenched in sweat so ridiculous. The free fruit water had mold in it dont drink it in the lobby

10.0Lucretia and Becky are wonderful employees at this Hilton! I was there today for a business meeting and they were awesome!! They created a wonderful display for breakfast and lunch and kept it full and inviting!! Very friendly and helpful!!
Never stay there again.
4.0Room was not ready when we checked in at 5PM. Room door would not close by itself and had to be pulled shut. Accessible shower head would not stay in place and we ended up having the shower leak on to the floor and flood the bathroom. When we cleaned up the water, the towels came back dirty and disgusting. I do not believe the room was properly cleaned before we occupied it. Parking is $11 a day they don't tell you about when you check in. Buffet breakfast was $24 per person and was the quality of a free breakfast in other hotels. Only good things were the bar and restaurant and fitness facility. Will never be back.

10.0I’m so extremely pleased and Impressed with Erin’s customer service! She’s been nothing short of extraordinary! She helped me with my bags when there was no baggage cart! I can’t think her enough for being so sweet! She also made sure our room wasn’t right beside the elevator or by the ice machine because of our 4 year old. It was like she was part of our family with how personal she was with us! I look forward to coming back and seeing Erin and her bright smile again! Thank you Erin, you’re the best!
