Could be great if nights were quiet.
7.0Staff was AMAZING! We needed special assistance due to catastrophic injury. Staff totally stepped up.
− Very LOUD people in the hallways at night.Children screaming. Adults talking loudly on their phones even at 2 am. Hall noises echo throughout hotels. Very disturbing.

7.0Room was clean and well maintained.
− Had requested rooms on first floor by phone a week before. I was told we would have these as requested. On arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available on the first floor, even though I was told we would have them. There is a coffee bar in the breakfast area which was located at the far end, well away from our rooms. Coffee makers in the room would be a plus. Bed was comfortable, but I and my son (in a different room) felt like we were being bitten by something. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a bad place to stay, but quite pricey. I would not stay here again.
