The staff went extra
10.0They opened the sauna extra hour for me great staff
− Only problem was not getting in the car park but there was street parking had to be moved for 8 am
Short stay near London City Airport
8.0A warm welcoming hotel. Lovely relaxed feel with helpful staff. The location was great and a few mins walk to the DLR. Clean comfortable room with a small wet room. TV , tea and coffee facilities and a nice little touch of some toiletries. Breakfast was great, full continental offer and English breakfast cooked order. This 'budget' hotel did very well ! Will definitely stay again.
