2.0They did not provide me a cleam room. Room was not even checked after the previous guest departure. Can you imagine? Trash bin was full, towers were on the ground. I have informed the receptionist. He told me that there was no any other available room. I had to slept on chair for couple of hours after 10 hours driving. It was a nightmare. Disaster hotel!
