6.0Staff was nice enough. Property is very basic. “Breakfast included” is pushing the envelope. Their website speaks of amenities that are “going to be added” but obviously that has not happened yet. The property is quiet though and sufficient for one person overnight.
It's more than it might first appear.
8.0Not what we expected but turned out to be a fun adventure. If you are one or two people looking for a compact clean basic place for a reasonable price and friendly staff, don't be put off by first appearances. There are no frills and the complementary breakfast burritos were really good and just the right size. Only glitch was I forgot to let them know we would not be eating breakfast the second morning. Felt bad when we had to leave.
