We have been to the Royal Wing at Royal Cliffs a number of times. It is located on a peninsular seaway from Pattaya and so very family friendly. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and the staff absolutely great. Service and interaction probably the best I have experienced. We love the facilities (lots of pools, sports etc) with enough restaurants on site to enable us to feed our girls (3,6) without travelling. A full and positive recommendation.

Why We Don’t Want to Stay Anywhere Else

We honestly can’t remember how many times we have stayed at Royal Wing Suites & Spa over the years, just like my parents before us. What we do know is that our 6 year old daughter has already been here four times and keeps asking when we are coming back. That says it all. Every visit feels like coming home. From the moment you arrive, the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, valued and completely at ease. The beautiful pool area, with pool butlers providing exceptional service, is pure relaxation. The à la carte breakfast is something we look forward to every single morning and remains one of the highlights of every stay. The rooms are spacious, practical, elegant and incredibly comfortable. Even on a rainy day, spending time in your room feels like a pleasure rather than a compromise. What truly makes this place special is the people. The kindness and professionalism of everyone, from the restaurant staff and reception team to management, housekeeping and even the gardeners, create a warm and genuine atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. In fact, the most difficult decision you will have to make here is choosing which of the two elevators to take when both are already waiting for you with their doors open in the lobby. That perfectly sums up the attention to detail and level of service throughout the resort. We are already counting down to our next stay. To be honest, we no longer feel the need to look elsewhere because it is hard to imagine finding this level of hospitality, comfort and care anywhere else. It was our 18th stay since 2011. We always spend the happiest time at the Royal Wing. Everything perfectly welcomes us back to our another home. Everybody remembers us as well as our preferences for the suite, poolside bed, breakfast menu and so on. We don't need to tell our likes upon each stay. This time, we spent 8 nights there. But it's still not enough. We want to live there. A stay for 3 or 4 nights is too short to enjoy the ultimate service fully. Most of the time during our stay, we stayed by the poolside or in the suite, including at dinner time. We didn't want to leave the resort for amusements and meals. We want to stay in the Royal Wing as much as possible. It will be a year until our next stay. This is our biggest problem in our life. We wish we could live there. The only one issue is the strong Thai Baht. The price of the suite hasn't changed since 2011, but Thai Baht became twice against Japanese yen^^;

We recently spent 3 nights at the Royal Wings Suites and had the most excellent experience. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful views, a relaxing pool area and outstanding food. The service was second to none - every staff member made us feel cared for and comfortable. Peter looked after us during breakfast and lunch, while Tassanee ensured our sunbeds were ready for us each morning when we arrived at the pool, and our drinks were on hand whenever we wanted them. Shout-outs too for Nathakan & Atthiphan, who also provided impeccable service. The manager, Thibault regularly checked to ensure we had everything we required and were enjoying our stay. The hotel is perfectly located - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, yet close enough to easily explore. I would wholeheartedly recommend Royal Wings for a luxurious, relaxing stay, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for making this an unforgettable experience.
