7.0Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit
− That said, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially considering this is a 5-star hotel. The hotel promotes itself as dog-friendly, but in reality, only certain room categories are available for guests traveling with dogs. In my opinion, if a hotel welcomes pets, it should also carefully consider the placement of those rooms. Our room was located so far from the nearest outdoor area that every walk with our dog required passing through two separate buildings and taking two elevators. This was quite inconvenient, especially when we needed to get outside quickly to avoid accidents in the corridors. It would also be a great addition if the hotel provided basic pet amenities in dog-friendly rooms, such as food and water bowls and a “Dog in Room” door sign for housekeeping. Another disappointment was the inconsistency in the hotel’s pet policy. During check-in, we were informed that dogs were allowed in all outdoor areas of the property. However, when we walked to the pool area, we were asked to leave because dogs were not permitted there. The staff explained that we had been given incorrect information at check-in, which was frustrating and could have been easily avoided with clearer communication. There were also a few small maintenance and service issues that I wouldn’t expect from a 5-star hotel. The shower leaked badly, and water reached all the way into the entrance area of the room. There was no soap dish in the bathroom, and complimentary bottled water was only replenished after we specifically requested it. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel has great potential, and with a few improvements—particularly regarding its pet-friendly concept and attention to detail—it could provide an even better guest experience.

− במקום כזה ברמה מאוד גבוהה האוכל לצערנו לא היה מספיק טוב ולא עמד בציפיות. ארוחת הבוקר טובה אבל המסעדות לא מספיק טובות, לעיתים גם בשירות. חבל. אם האוכל ישתפר, המקום באמת יהיה מושלם למי שמחפש רזורט שקט ברמה מעולה
