I never complained, but we were disappointed. I felt like I paid more for the last days of our style for resort style.
5.0We love the location
− When we were there, the pool was closed with no explanation . Our fridge did not work in room 1615. We found it very difficult opening the outside door as it is so stiff. There are no wall PowerPoints so you had to boil the kettle on the carpet. It didn’t feel like a Hilton level. We were also very disappointed that there was a significant resort fee if you wanted to use any of the extra facilities.
