− The rooms were clean

7.0− I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in Kakkanad, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room itself was comfortable, but the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the stay less enjoyable. The gym was decent and well maintained, which was one of the positive aspects of the hotel. The biggest disappointment was the buffet. The selection was quite limited, and some of the food did not seem as fresh as expected from a Marriott property. I have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott near the airport, and the buffet there was significantly better in terms of both variety and quality. Compared to that experience, this one fell short of expectations. I hope the hotel improves its food quality, buffet selection, and room maintenance, as it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.
