1.0The top floor was super hot and stuffy and as you could not open windows enough it felt like a fire hazard, if there was a fire it was game over.We did not stay and checked into the Mercure hotel that night instead , I had a quick shower with no water pressure and left straight after . Definitely not a 4 star hotel .

9.0Clean, convenient to our needs. Location great. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink in Kemptown. Value for money.

Great stay for Fat Boy Slim....
8.0Proximity to the beach and facilities. we were able to use a key code to get in easily and return when we wanted to. Nice touch leaving chocolate.
