10.0Very good, beautiful location and very helpful owners. There is a small hill down to the property where there is ample parking but if the road had been snowy/icy we were advised to leave the car up the hill, a short walk away. But also bring chains just in case! Being able to ski to and from a nearby car park would be good for those there for a longer stay...we got passes at the main car park each day due to weather uncertainty. If Cervinia and/or Zermatt are closed, and you don't fancy driving to Cervinia, the Valtournenche ski area is excellent too.... no complaints although for those wanting WiFi perhaps stay at their properties in the town near cafes and restaurants...
