10.0They are attentive, and very helpful, you will need french to navigate but they while wait till you can translate to give you a response. It's a good location and nice security. But the price could be lower for what they offer.

4.0I checked in and paid for the reservation. After I got into my room, they came up and claimed that they could not find my Expedia reservation and because of that, I had to pay 20,000 franc extra… I showed them my reservation on Expedia multiple times and they still insisted. I refused to pay. The room had no windows, no hot water and even found a cockroach. No outlets near the desk either. No soap, had to ask for towels, and only one small sheet (no blanket). Before the second night, they said that if I do not pay, I would need to move to another room because they “upgraded me”. I refused and instead checked out early. I would avoid staying at this hotel which is far from city center and nearly impossible to get transportation from.
