10.0I am so happy to have found this gem of an apartment right on Piazza Volta. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the people below. The bedroom is buffered by the living area on one end and the kitchen on the other so it was quiet sleeping except maybe a heavy-footed resident above that roamed at night. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the lakeside. The kitchen was very well equipped but be mindful, there is not a microwave. Loved the Nespresso machine AND the aeroccino for hot frothed milk. Our contact through Whatsapp was seamless and they were very responsive.
− This is so minor I shouldn't even mention it but a TV service with at least one English language channel would have been nice. Okay, and maybe the water pressure that would go from full force to nothing unexpectedly. I didn't care because the rest of the apartment was so perfect.

9.0Location was perfect-very central …loved how close to lake and all cafes etc\ Don’t be put off with entrance….once inside apartment is great. Air con in bedroom was fab -need to include in property description better…
− Person upstairs very loud footsteps and noise late at night-sounds as if moving furniture… Tea towels and cloths for kitchen There are 2 flights of stairs to get up so need to be able for that….shower on small side also.. Would be great to have milk/tea bags -t least a few for people arriving ..coffee pods but not all of us drink coffee…
The best place to stay in Como
10.0Excellent apartment in a perfect location. Just 5 minutes walk from the station to collect the keys (easier than we thought) and then just 3 minute walk from there to the apartment. We were surprised to see the property at the corner of a popular town square, bustling with life and plenty of restaurants, bars etc...(Perfect). The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The building was old with lots of character and refurbished to a high standard. Again we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves just 2 minutes stroll to the lake and all it's facilities, shops (expensive) and all of the beautiful walks through the old town. Thank you for our gift that was awaiting our arrival.
− As it is an old building (no lift) and apartment is on 2nd floor it would not be suitable for anyone unable to manage the stairs. Not a problem for us.

10.0Great location in the center, but it was not noisy. Close to the marina, close to the train station. Nice apartment.
