The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate.

They claimed to have wifi connection but actually they don't. The place is not well kept. Doors doesn't lock properly. Although the staff were very nice, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of the overall condition of the place.

Horrible hotel very dirty and unprofessional servi

The first day when we arrived at the hotel we booked online and they was not able to find our booking so we had to wait for an hour until the manager checked properly to find our booking. When we got to the room it was very dirty and unclean underneath the bed was dirty and had lots of cockroaches, the bedsheets where dirty and had stains on them. The bathroom was leaking and we asked for them to fix it and they hired an unprofessional plumber to come and check it out but he wasn’t able to fix it so we asked them to move us into different room which they refused. The television was only on 2 channels which was news which we didn’t like because somebody at reception was controlling it from downstairs. We booked to stay for 15 days and on the second day they receptionist called us and asked if we was checking out and I was shocked because we had booked for 15 days.... moving on the gateman that they hired the one with the funny eyes he kept hitting on me and he even touched my back in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. They had a smoking area next to my room and I am asthmatic. They also lied about having a WiFi which they do not have. We did not receive 24 hours worth of light every morning I would call them for some tissues and towels because they always forget to service our room. The manager and both the male staffs were unprofessional honestly me and my sister hated staying at this hotel. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM AND VERY DIRTY DO NOT BOOK HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
