− Rail for shower towels. A wheelchair room a should have rails into the shower.

1.0Design and it did appear clean in the room
− We had no hot water heater- I was also double charged and a week later STILL waiting on the refund. The hotel STILL has called me back with the update and has made me contact every time. There was also a horrible smell in pool area that even my child didn’t want to swim.
