Enjoyed our stay at Fairfield suite!
8.0It was my family second time staying at this location. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had a great time at the pool and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Good selection for everyone. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
− Overall, everything was to our satisfaction. Only downfall was our tub stopper did not work no big deal. We took a shower instead.

2.0− Check-in was inefficient — during peak time, only one staff member was handling guests while another briefly appeared and left, causing delays. The room (double Queen Beds Studio room) had very poor soundproofing, and the AC compressor inside the room was extremely loud, running all night. We couldn’t turn it off because we were traveling with young children, so it significantly affected our sleep. The pool water was too cold, especially for small children — my 2 year old daughter was shivering. The hot tub also had strong chemicals, making it uncomfortable to keep eyes open.
