1.0The location was great and that's about it.
− The hotel staff weren't the nicest, very irritable. Rooms were filthy, the outside of the mini fridge and microwave were covered in stuff and looked like they had never been cleaned. The bed sheets had cigarette burns and stains. The floors were disgusting and you had to wear shoes the entire time or you'd have dirty feet. There was no liner in the shower so water just soaked through the fabric curtain all over the floor, the bottom of the shower curtain was a nasty yellow/brown color. The drain clogged when showering and drained very slowly. Everything looked super dirty. The tables were nasty. There was a half inch gap under the door that let in air...was not very clean or accommodating at all.

1.0− The room we were given was in horrible condition. The room smelled like smoke, the floor was sinking (we were on the 2nd floor) and there was at least a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the door jam. The desk chair was full of stains. We weren't even in the room for 10 minutes before we went to the front desk to complain. They offered us a different room that didn't smell and was cleaner but still could have been cleaner. We cancelled our weekend reservation (and paid a cancellation fee) and booked a room at the hotel next door. We were in town for a dance competition for the weekend so we didn't have plans to spend much time in the room however I did not even feel comfortable touching the bedding due to the smell and condition of the hotel.
