Unit was clean and tidy. Access was really easy Location to walks along dam accessible

− 2nd bathroom pretty pokey TV played up and only way to work was turn off and on Very noisy with traffic and hotel patrons Kitchen above bedroom was very noisy even when tiptoeing with children in bed Little bit of maintaining wouldn't hurt. Eg chairs, toilet seats, shower heads, doors loose If paying $$ these little things disappointed

Silvertrees 5 is a well equipped, ideally situated 3 bedroom townhouse. Stayed there for a week of skiing, with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The beds were standard sizes, which is fine unless you have multiple people 6 foot or taller as we did. They were comfortable for the most part, but the pillows were less so. Really appreciated the big dining table, made meal times easy and communal. Being able to walk along the Lake edge, to the shops and all the restaurants was super convenient and made meal prep or dining out easy options.

− The couch and carpets, along with the stove in the kitchen and a few other things, felt well used and old. All were functional though. One side of the garage is small. Too small. The sauna is a lovely addition that we weren't expecting (possibly just didn't read the description well enough), but the way it has been placed into the garage makes one side completely useless unless you have a tiny car. Fortunately for us, one of our cars was tiny and once it was in, stayed put for the time we were there. One other SUV just squeezed into the other side of the garage, but no dual cab ute has a chance of getting in here. The tight squeeze, along with the sauna, meant there was very little space to store snow gear, which was an inconvenience, even though it was a small one. As others have said, the pub was loud on Friday night, and being the house closest, plus uninsulated bedroom windows facing the noise, it was very noticeable. Maybe not a factor in the other townhouses in this group though.

Location is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants and next door to the patrol station. The property is clean and well maintained, good size for 2 families (4 adults and 2 children).

− Bathrooms are sufficient enough but a little small. It was a little noisy on a few nights being across the street from a pub.

Liked that it was close to town and we could go for a walk. We also liked that there was a garage

− The fact it is opposite the pub and it was very noisy on Friday night. The griller was left dirty from previous stay
