The value for money is very poor, and the surrounding area is not particularly pleasant either.

− The hotel feels more like an Airbnb above a pub than a proper hotel: there is no reception, you enter through the pub, and the overall organisation is quite poor. The room was clean, but we really didn’t understand why it was called an “Executive Suite” — it was just a standard room with a tiny bathroom. The lift also only operates until 11 PM, which is inconvenient. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. First, we were told that it wasn’t included, even though we had already paid for it. The breakfast itself was extremely basic: some not-so-fresh products for making a sandwich and yoghurt — not even eggs. One day, the breakfast wasn’t ready at all and we were asked to come back later. After checking out, we were also called and asked why we hadn’t checked out yet, even though we had already handed the keys to a member of staff. This says a lot about the lack of communication between the staff.
