− The ground-floor bathtub was not working, there was no pool heating system, and essential items such as the iron and microwave were not available unless specifically requested.

3.0het zwembad was erg groot en ruim , de kamer ook
− we zaten eerst in 1001, deze kamer was zwaar outdated en totaal niet schoon, er bleek ook een gekko aan de binnenkant te zitten. we vroegen of ze deze eruit konden halen, ze zouden dit doen, hij bleek er alleen nog steeds te zitten nadat ze hem hadden weggehaald…. bleek dat ze er eentje bij de buren hadden weggehaald, yeah right… we hadden perongeluk één glas gebroken, ze zeiden dat dit 100k zou moeten kosten, we vonden dat te veel en zeiden dat ze het van de borg mochten afhalen, we moesten het alleen meteen betalen en we zouden de borg volledig terug krijgen, waar is je borg dan voor? toen we zeiden dat we dan niet gingen doen, werd het bedrag ineens verlaagd naar 50k? we zeiden dat we de manager wilde spreken en sindsdien niks meer gehoord. we kregen een andere villa door de gekko, het zwembad lag alleen vol met gemaaid gras, ik had gevraagd of ze dit misschien konden weghalen aangezien we al genoeg gebreken hadden meegemaakt en we gewoon wilde genieten, de werknemer bracht een netje en heeft gewacht terwijl ik zelf elk grassprietje uit het zwembad mocht halen… service

− Ausstattung teilweise Beschädigt. Lichtverhältnisse sehr schlecht. Müsste ein wenig renoviert werden.

7.0The villa is spacious with a large pool. The staff was very nice.
− The aircon was stuck in working mode and we could not stop or change the setting. The frisge was full of ice and we had to defrost it ourselves to make it work. We supposed to be picked up from the airport but our flight was 30 min late and the driver left without us.
